Lunchables Jr. Play-Date Sample and Share Review #LunchablesJrTeam

Image
So very glad to be back after a nice Summer Break with my children. It was fun while it lasted but now it's time to get back to those great reviews.   I wanted to tell those of you that didn't know, I am a part of a community called Crowdtap and since they are no longer in beta testing, they have all kinds of crowds to join and earn products and gift cards for your time. I am a part of the Lunchables Jr. Team  and they chose me to host a play-date ! I received 2 free kits as you can see in the first photo there on the left. I made a cute little collage and posted it online to see if I could get any interest in possibly a park play-date or a fun little backyard picnic. As you know sometimes things just don't go as planned and I decided to try a different approach. I would buy more and all snack kits and since my preschool aged daughters birthday was coming up, I would use this along with her theme "Doc McStuffins" for a picnic. The ideas were just com...

Cottonelle Clean Crew-Sample and Share

Image
I was so very thankful to get this 10 pound package in the mail recently thanks to Crowdtap and  Cottonelle ! So when it comes to toilet paper, who really thinks about anything other than either the best deal you can get or what all the packaging says the product will do for you? Me, I love soft toilet paper but sometimes we have to go with what we can afford. I was very impressed with the Cottonelle Clean Care toilet paper with Soft Ripples, but just toilet paper was not enough, and I had never thought about it before. It was true to its packaging saying that it is both "strong and effective," but after following up with the Fresh Care wipes, I quickly learned what I was missing. It was  refreshing to know that I was extra clean down there! I mean if you clean a baby's bottom with baby wipes and know that they are actually clean, why not do it for yourself too? The best part is that it is flushable ! Here I though baby wipes were not flushable so we never did. ...

The DOT Girls — Hosted Party

Image
At first when I applied to host this party through Crowdtap & Marc Jacobs , I had no idea what to expect and thought it would not be any fun unless I served alcohol! When I was accepted to host and got the first shipment, I was pleasantly surprised with getting 12 samples and a 4 ml 0.13 Fl Oz tester (I think the bottle and polka dots are just adorable!) as pictured on the image to the left. I had to try it right away and really loved the scent! Not too overwhelming and I can see myself wearing this everyday. I would have been happy to begin planning with just those things but I was amazed at the second shipment and getting everything ( for free ! ) pictured in the second image. A full sized, 50 ml 1.7 Fl Oz DOT Marc Jacobs perfume, a DOT Marc Jacobs scarf, 20 blottercards, a polka dotted headband, 10 polka dotted nail decals for an in home manicure, black tablecloth, 6 red and black polka dotted balloons with black curling ribbon, and bright red confetti, all ...

Old Navy — Sample and Share It's Tee Time at Old Navy!

Image
Hello again! Just dropping in to tell you about the newest Sample & Share I got in for free from Old Navy  and Crowdtap ... Best Tees ! *image from Crowdtap* I am part of an online community called Crowdtap that brings brands such as Old Navy (Old Navy Style Council) in and people can work closely with them, providing feedback on their products and getting rewarded for their time with free products and points to earn gift cards. For that very reason, I have continued to stay active with this site for a few years now and I love it! As soon as I knew I was in on the next "Style Council" Sample & Share, I found someone different to take with me shopping. This time I chose my friend Norma. I made sure we had plenty of time to choose our clothing because in the past I have waited until the last minute to go shopping, not always finding a good selection to choose from. Like I said, this time I planned it in advance so...

L'Oréal Paris Magic BB Cream in Medium - SheSpeaks Review

Image
L'Oréal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream in Medium  *I was given this tube of BB cream for free to review from L'Oréal Paris through SheSpeaks.   I would like to start off by introducing myself as an esthetician or facialist and in that role I am constantly checking up on and trying to keep up-to-date on current skin care trends. BB cream is something I have been wanting to try for awhile now and has had me curious as to what it really is. I'll touch on that a little bit later after I provide some claims from the packaging and website.   "Magic Skin Beautifier BB 814 Medium 1.0 fl. oz. (30 ml) *4 Beautifying Actions in 1 - Primes to smooth skin's texture. - Perfects to hide imperfections. - Hydrates for all day moisture. - Corrects skin for a healthy looking, even complexion. *Flawless bare skin finish   Innovation: *Discover  our 1st magic BB Cream with Beautifying Beads: encapsulated pigments infus...

Old Navy - Sample and Share Sweat It Out in Old Navy Activewear!

Image
Hey, check out what I got to try for free this time from Old Navy & Crowdtap! I am like a kid in a candy store when I get freebies in the mail (especially when I wasn't expecting them) and getting free clothes from one of my favorite stores is no exception! My only problem is that during holidays I tend to put off going shopping until the very last minute due to traffic and the normal stampede you would expect at any store where you are getting really good deals. I went 2 days after Christmas feeling confident that I would have a great selection to choose from in the Activewear section and I was also happy that I was able to browse with ease as I made a couple of selections. I honestly loved all the bright colors in  Activewear but seem to always lean towards something simple in the end since I am not one of those people that has to have my shoes match my entire outfit! I did however pick some colorful tops and bras out just for the sake of my review. I also thought t...
